Office Manager/Administrative Assistant

Summary
Widemile is seeking an individual who can manage and streamline internal administrative functions to support the rapid growth of the company. This position will report directly to the CEO with a focus on defining formal office procedures in addition to handling day to day administrative functions such as coordinating meetings, employee benefits processing, purchasing oversight, and maintaining a front desk presence. Additionally, this position will assist the management team on a per project basis as needed.

Widemile’s proprietary technology and service solutions enable large corporations to increase revenues and profits by optimizing their online marketing content and sales systems. Our offices are located in downtown Seattle overlooking Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains.
Responsibilities
- Define and continually improve office procedures
- Oversight of purchase order process
- Oversight of human resource administration
- Assist controller to ensure accurate entry and filing of customer records and files
- Assist management team on a project to project basis as needed
- Maintain front desk presence
- Scheduling and coordination of meetings
- Maintain relations for select corporate vendor accounts
- Light phone answering and call responsibilities
- Light upkeep of kitchen/break area
- Manage purchasing and replenishment of office supplies
Qualifications
- Disciplined, organized approach to short-term and long–term project management
- Ability to perform efficiently in high pressure, multi–tasking situations
- College degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Prior executive/administrative assistant, office manager, or clerical experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (InfoPath and SharePoint expertise desired)
- Prior experience processing employee benefits material
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM or related certification a big plus
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and transferring of calls
