Methodology

Our methodology has two major phases, which can be executed in as little as one to two weeks:

Phase 1: Assessment and Planning

This phase begins with evaluating your marketing objectives as well as available demographics, creative, keywords or ads, conversion rates, funnels, customer segments, value propositions and other data.

Light Footprint

Widemile's utilizes a proprietary lightweight javascript tag, which has a minimal footprint on the page. Simply add the tag to the page being tested and the test proceeds automatically. It takes only minutes to implement.

Next, the team determines the best testing approach to achieve your objectives. Possible approaches include a redesign of the page to incorporate best practices, followed by an A/B, split or template test, or a full multivariate test. Practical metrics such as completion deadlines, traffic volumes and business cycles are also taken into account. This phase ends with a recipe test matrix design and execution plan.

Phase 2: Test Execution and Analysis

Additional insight comes from processing the data after the test to inform further optimization, which may include new offer testing, adjusted demographics assumptions, new segmentation opportunities, or more targeted verbiage or creative.
